FAQs
Quick answers to common questions about appointments, NHS/private routes, and what to expect.
Do you see both NHS and private patients?
Yes. NHS and private routes are available. If you are unsure which route applies to you, contact the secretaries and they will guide you.
How do I book an appointment?
You can contact the secretaries by phone or email. They will advise on availability, required details, and next steps for NHS or private appointments.
Where are you located?
Spire Gatwick Park Hospital, Povey Cross Road, Horley RH6 0BB, UK.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring a list of your symptoms, any relevant medical letters, medication list, and any imaging reports you already have (X-ray/MRI/ultrasound) if available.
Will I need scans or imaging?
Not always. Imaging is recommended only when it helps clarify diagnosis or guide treatment. This will be explained clearly during consultation.
Do you provide second opinions?
Yes. Second opinions are welcome, and options will be explained in plain language so you can make an informed decision.
Do you provide medico-legal reports?
Yes. Please visit the Medico-Legal page for an overview and contact the secretaries for instructions, availability, and required documentation.
What happens after the consultation?
You will receive a clear plan. This may include conservative treatment, therapy guidance, injections or procedures where appropriate, and follow-up advice.
What if my symptoms are urgent?
If you have severe pain, sudden loss of function, signs of infection, or a new serious injury, please seek urgent medical care immediately (A&E / urgent care). This website is not for emergency use.
